Shipping policy
At this time, Habana Port ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands and APO (military). The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
Shipping Options:
Standard Shipping is FREE for all cigar orders $150 and over. If it is below $150, Standard Shipping costs $9.95. We use USPS Priority mail which includes a tracking number. Applies to U.S. only. For humidor orders, a $10 shipping cost is included in the price of the humidor.
2nd Day Shipping regardless of the total amount is $40. FedEx is the carrier. Applies to U.S. only.
Overnight Shipping regardless of the total amount is $75. FedEx is the carrier. Applies to U.S. only.
Overnight Saturday Shipping regardless of the total amount is $95. Applies to U.S. only.
If you select 2nd Day Shipping for an order you place with shop.habanaport.com, you will not necessarily receive your order in two days. We will estimate shipping and delivery dates for your order taking both shipping time and item availability into consideration.
There is no weekend pickup or delivery for Two-Day Shipping. If you order an item with Two-Day Shipping the item will usually ship within 24 hours and arrive two days from then. So it is possible that an order ready to ship at the end of the day Friday via One-Day shipping, may not be processed by the carrier until Monday. In such a case, the order would be delivered on Wednesday.
Your shipping confirmation email will contain your actual shipping and handling charges and tax, if any.
No International Shipping (outside the U.S.) at this time.
