"Tatuaje has announced that it will be releasing a new cigar named after Boris Karloff, the actor who played the monster in the 1931 film Frankenstein among many other roles.
The cigar measures 5 5/8 x 49 and uses an Ecuadorian Sumatra wrapper over a Nicaraguan double binder and Nicaraguan filler, a blend that is based on the Tatuaje Karloff that was released in 2020, a 6 5/8 x 49 grand corona that was named halfwheel’s #1 cigar of 2020. “It’s definitely leaning more toward the full-sized Karloff,” Pete Johnson told halfwheel. “I think if you are looking for a Boris or Little Boris profile with a little more body, you will be happy,” he added.
The Karloff also made an encore appearance in 2021 as an exclusive release for members of the Tobacconists’ Association of America (TAA).
The Tatuaje Boris Karloff is ... offered in 20-count boxes, with just 1,000 boxes produced by the My Father Cigars S.A. factory in Estelí, Nicaragua.
