COO: Nicaragua (My Father Cigars)
Wrapper: High Priming Ecuadorian Habano
Espresso bean, cedar and nutmeg, black and red pepper. Hints of Medjool dates.
The La Aroma de Cuba Small Batch is debuting in a new 6 x 52 toro. Like all other La Aroma de Cubas sold today, it is made by the García family at My Father Cigars S.A. in Estelí, Nicaragua. Blend-wise, it uses a high-priming Ecuadorian habano wrapper over a Nicaraguan binder and Nicaraguan fillers. The company says the Nicaraguan tobacco comes from the García family’s farms in Condega, Estelí, Jalapa and Namanji. In addition, all of the tobacco is aged for five years.
Production is limited to 2,000 boxes of 24 cigars.
