It’s called the Joya de Nicaragua Cuatro Cinco Secret Cask and, as its name implies, there are some casks involved, though they aren’t a complete secret. Visitors to the Joya de Nicaragua factory may have seen the barrels while touring the factory, but soon they will be able to smoke what was inside. The Cuatro Cinco Secret Cask is a 6 x 54 box-pressed toro made entirely of Nicaraguan tobacco, the same vitola and blend as the Cuatro Cinco Edición Limitada, which is slightly different than the regular production Cuatro Cinco Reserva Especial.
The difference is what was inside those casks. Since 2013, Joya de Nicaragua has been aging tobaccos in those casks for this release.
