Chisel-shaped anniversary cigars, La Flor’s distinctive, wedge-shape figurado marks the 30th Anniversary of Litto Gomez joining the cigar industry. They are gently pressed smokes that measure 6 1/2 inches long by 58 ring gauge, wear three bands, each bordered in golden leaves (including a footband marked 30 years) with a resplendent pink tobacco flower in the middle of the main band—the symbol of the company, whose name translates to “the Dominican flower.”
The blend has some similarities to other La Flor cigars, along with something different, an aged binder leaf from Cotui, Dominican Republic. The filler blend is from La Flor’s tobacco farm in La Canela, Dominican Republic, and the wrapper is Ecuador Sumatra.
